Hotel Imperial - Hamburg

This place suits me perfectly. It offers 24-hour reception, great wi-fi, and a cozy bar area. On my first visit, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number, which I appreciated. I highly recommend trying their breakfast.

The breakfasts were very very good with nice coffee and all the staff was pleasant! Location: the hotel was very close to public transport, amenities and St Pauli as well as a wonderful park.

The location next to the Reeperbahn is fantastic, offering easy access to nightlife and local attractions. Comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, though the room felt a bit cramped. The shower had issues with temperature control, fluctuating between extremes, and the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Breakfast was decent with a great selection, but I did notice some inconsistency in the seating availability. The lobby area is small but cozy. It's a mixed bag. Great location and breakfast, but the room and bathroom need improvements.

Would definitely book again, our experience was good. It's useful base for sightseeing and exploring Hamburg. The staff is HELPFUL and extremely friendly. The airport is 15 km away.

Hotel is in an excellent location if you are going to the St Pauli football stadium.

I stayed in the Imperial hotel for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned.When informed the receptionist on checking out,she just shrugged her shoulders.Just not good enough.

Room sizes felt small and cramped!!! The bathrooms were awkwardly designed and need better layouts!!! Wi-Fi performance was quite poor, affecting my online needs!!! The location near nightlife can create annoying noise disturbances!!!

Well the hotel was right where we needed to be and very clean . Staff were very good .Breakfast was great very fresh and always lots to choose from.Staff very helpfull .All in all a great hotel for weekend break very happy there and will stay there when in Hamburg which we hope will be soon

The location was a total win for us, being close to everything like the musical venue and the U-Bahn. The brekkie spread was lekker, seriously more than enough to keep us going! Staff were sharp-sharp, super friendly and patient with us, really felt at home.

Room was a bit snug, could've used a touch more space to chill.

I loved the vibrant neighborhood vibe of this place. Breakfast was an absolute highlight, with options that were both good and energizing. Plus, the location made exploring local attractions an absolute breeze!

Right on the seedy Reeperbahn and the room lacked any style whatsoever,was immediately outside the lift ans was quite soulless.

The breakfast buffet was surprisingly rich, and the vibe of the common areas gave off an old-school European charm that's hard to find nowadays. The location was a standout, right on the Reeperbahn, a serious perk after a night out.

The size of the rooms left something to be desired. They felt cramped with limited storage space. The bathrooms desperately need an upgrade. The shower temperature fluctuated dramatically and the door situation was practically non-existent. Added to that, noise can be an issue given the hotel's bustling surroundings, especially for those sensitive to sound.

Location is good by day, subway stop less than 5 minutes by foot

Location by night is filled with hookers and homeless. Unknown to me when I booked, you are in the red light district.

A very friendly and comfortable hotel. Room was not small and the breakfast was good too. Very close to train station.

Nothing really to complain about. It is on the rheeperbahn so is not ideal for children.
